The services carried out by Euro Stampa Company from receiving the documentation and the working material in accordance with the machinery equipment, are:

Turning – executed with an oxygen based equipment or Legas plasma, purchased in 2014 with mass dimension 3000×2000. The maximum thickness which can be turned is 180 mm. Another service of turning is the chop saw with band, on MEBA machine, in which the maximum dimension is ø250. In collaboration may be done also machine laser turning with Fiber Laser, at one of the our assisting companies.

After turning the necessary parts, the raw material reaches the locksmith zone for trimming and welding if necessary. Depending on the execution drawing, the following operations can be turning or milling. Turning is performed on classical lathes with the maximum dimensions of ø400 per 1500 mm length. We have collaborations with various companies that own CNC lathes.

Milling and other related operations can be performed on one of the 7 classical machines or on one of the 8 CNC machines. Of the classic ones, we mention two FUS machines – Marghita, a Cugir machine, a Heckert machine and a TOS machine on which we can process parts with lengths up to 1200 mm.

For parts requiring only drilling we use a drill in coordinate with DRO. We also own a WKV machine equipped with DRO, it has a horizontal and vertical head where the processing dimensions are up to 1400x800x800.

Of the CNC equipment, we mention, in the order of the size, 2 machines Hartford HV 35 – having the size 500x400x510, followed by Deckel Maho DMC 63V machine with the size of 630x500x500 and a DMG 635V Ecoline DMC machine with controller Siemens 840D sl. In the parts exceed these dimensions we also have the FADAL VMC 4020 ( 1016x508x610). The next machine in the production range is a Haas VF9 where we can process parts with dimensions of 2134x1016x762.

The largest machine we own is MECOF production with the size of 6000x1800x1200, which is numerically controlled with a Siemens 828D controller, has an overhead at 90 °, so we can work 4 surfaces from a grip. If the parts require, they are sent to heat treatment, and then move on to grinding.

This stage is executed on various grinding machines, including universal, plan, inside cylindrical, external cylindrical grinding and without centre grinding machines. Further on, we can make complex wire-cutting profiles on one of the 2 Charmilles Robofil 4000 wire electroplating machines.

All parts are checked by classical methods in the CTC lab or with CimCore the poly-articulated arm. After all these possible operations, the pieces reach the catchment area for surface protection, by power coating, after which they are mounted or packaged if necessary.
